Hey, I’m Annelies James founder of 22Midnight.

I’m a creative storyteller, connector, and maker of meaningful work. I’ve spent over 20 years working across video, branding, content, heritage, community projects, and business communications, helping people tell stories that feel true and land properly.

With my ILM Lv7 Executive Coaching, Counselling, NLP and PGCE I am a keen trainer, facilitator and creator who can empower you to untap your greatness.
